Marlene Kimball is a longtime South Georgia REALTORĀ® and community leader who has spent more than 25 years serving clients and mentoring fellow real estate professionals in the Tifton, Cordele, and Crisp County areas. A resident of South Georgia for more than 40 years, she is passionate about supporting her community and helping others feel connected to the place she proudly calls home.

As a member of the Crisp Area Board of REALTORSĀ®, Marlene has held numerous leadership roles within the association and her local community. She is a three-time past president and current board member of the Crisp Area Board of REALTORSĀ® and currently serves as Tourism Vice Chair for the Cordele-Crisp Chamber of Commerce.

Marlene’s community involvement includes service on the executive board of the Dooly County Chamber, the Cordele Housing Authority Board, the Cordele Planning Commission Board, and the Georgia Initiative for Community Housing Board. She is also involved with the PROPEL Initiative and serves on the Finance Committee at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church.

Over the years, Marlene has contributed to numerous civic and charitable efforts, including Rotary Club leadership, Habitat for Humanity, LEARNetwork, and fundraising initiatives supporting cancer awareness and United Way programs. Through her professional leadership and volunteer service, she continues to make a lasting impact throughout the South Georgia community.
