Kristen Harper is an Augusta-area REALTOR®, military spouse, and dedicated community advocate committed to serving military families, veterans, seniors, and underserved residents throughout the region. As a member of REALTORS® of Greater Augusta, she believes real estate is about more than transactions—it is about building relationships, strengthening communities, and helping people feel connected to the places they call home.
Having called the Greater Augusta area home for more than 17 years as a military spouse, Kristen has devoted much of her volunteer service to supporting military families and veterans. She regularly volunteers with the Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home, participates in Fort Gordon Christmas House initiatives benefiting junior enlisted families, and supports outreach efforts that provide meals, care packages, and essential resources to those in need.
Kristen is also a respected leader within the REALTOR® community. She served as the 2025 Chair of the REALTORS® of Greater Augusta Community Outreach Committee and actively participates in several Georgia REALTORS® committees and leadership programs. Throughout her career, she has organized and led numerous large-scale service initiatives that have positively impacted hundreds of residents across the Augusta region.
Her community involvement includes coordinating food and clothing drives, senior outreach programs, neighborhood fundraising efforts, disaster relief and recovery efforts following Hurricane Helene, and projects supporting Augusta’s unhoused population. She volunteers with organizations including Project Lifting Spirits at the Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home, the Salvation Army, Golden Harvest Food Bank, Augusta Dream Center, Junior Achievement of Augusta, and the Healthy Grandparents Program.
In recognition of her outstanding leadership and commitment to service, Kristen received the REALTORS® of Greater Augusta Good Neighbor Award in 2024 and was named the association’s REALTOR® of the Year in 2025.
