Debbie Donaldson has built a strong record of community leadership through her work with the Henry County Rotary Club, where she serves as service projects chair. Her efforts reflect the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self,” translating it into measurable community impact across Henry County.
Through a strategic and inclusive approach, Debbie focuses on aligning volunteers with causes they are passionate about while advancing the club’s mission. In the past two years, she has recruited 180 volunteers who contributed 567 service hours, helping generate $434,417 in donations and benefiting more than 48,000 people in the community, according to the club.
Beyond the numbers, Debbie has helped strengthen a culture of service within the Rotary Club, expanding partnerships with local organizations and increasing the club’s visibility. Notable initiatives include the Coats for Kids drive, which provided coats to children through the Shaquille O’Neal Boys and Girls Club of Henry County.
In recognition of her leadership and dedication, she received the Club Service Award in 2025, and in February 2026, Debbie received the Good Neighbor Award from the Georgia REALTORS® at their Inaugural and Legislative Conference.
