As co-founder of Purpose Driven Real Estate Group at Compass, Amy has helped develop Flip It Forward™, a purpose-driven real estate initiative that transforms home renovations into charitable giving. By combining renovation expertise, storytelling, strategic marketing, and community partnerships, Flip It Forward™ reimagines how real estate professionals can create impact beyond the transaction itself.
One standout Flip It Forward™ project transformed a fixer-upper in Tucker into a record-setting neighborhood sale that generated a donation totaling $46,122.49 to Atlanta Angels to support foster families. The project united REALTORS®, contractors, designers, local businesses, and community supporters around a shared mission of giving back through real estate.
In addition to her work through Flip It Forward™, Purpose Driven Real Estate Group under Amy’s leadership has led quarterly blood drives in partnership with LifeSouth and East Cobb Spine and Sport that have helped save nearly 1,000 lives locally. They have also supported fundraising initiatives benefiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, Georgia Miss Amazing, and LAX4Community, with a strong focus on supporting children, families, health, and accessibility initiatives throughout Georgia.
A recipient of the 2025 Atlanta REALTORS® Association Good Neighbor Award, Amy contributes approximately 350 volunteer hours annually and has helped generate more than $50,000 for charitable and community-focused causes.
Amy and her husband, Jon, are currently searching for their next Flip It Forward™ project in and around the Atlanta area, ideally in Cobb or Cherokee County, though they are open to opportunities throughout metro Atlanta. The team is specifically seeking homes with renovation potential, including inherited properties, outdated homes, deferred maintenance situations, or homes where sellers may feel overwhelmed by the work needed to prepare them for the market.
